Petals Lite can handle any floral order, domestic or international. Petals Lite is a great opportunity for any retail florist or floral service.

Now, you can send your orders without paying unnecessary membership fees for services you only use once or twice a month. This is the perfect system for florists with small order volumes or for florists who wish to increase their national and international coverage. Floral services can use Petals Lite to bolt-on any international orders.

All you require is access to the Internet, and we’ll provide you with a web-based ordering and messaging system. We’ll also provide you with competitive products and price lists.

With Petals Lite, there’s no obligation to join. Send orders with no need to register. It’s up to you!

Petals Lite users can choose to register or remain anonymous. The Petals LITE Member system allows you to place an order through the Exchange, and receive a fixed sending commission on the flower value of the order. The flower value is the value of the order exclusive of all delivery and handling fees.

Your credit card will be charged a percentage of the flower value plus delivery and handling. You retain a percentage of the flower value of the order, and this is your commission. Delivery and handling for all other countries vary depending on the supplying country.

The benefits of becoming a Petals LITE Member:

  1. You're able to send orders into the Petals Exchange 24 hours a day for same and next day delivery to over 70 countries around the world... without having to register as a Member
  2. You can transact via the Petals Exchange using your Credit Card (some Debit Cards may also be used) in your choice of six different currencies
  3. For registered members, you'll receive a 20% commission on the flower value of your order at the time you place your order.. there's no waiting around until the end of the month to get paid ! Petals Lite unregistered users will receive a 15% sending commission on the flower value.
  4. Send messages to Petals or the supplying florist regarding your order, or track the progress of your order via our online messaging and order tracking systems
  5. Same Day Delivery (Mon to Fri) is available to Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 2pm in the recipient's time zone, and to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 12pm in the recipient's time zone
  6. Same Day Delivery (Sat) is available to Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 11am in the recipient's time zone, and to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 10:30am in the recipient's time zone.
